Dearing – Managing Director In addition to building and managing development teams in large corporate environments, he has also gained experience in helping start-up companies overcome the issues that they face. His technical domain expertise extends to many aspects of broadband communications networks, ATM, SDH, and IP networks, Fixed Wireless Access and Wireless LAN, Bluetooth and cellular protocols (GSM and UMTS).

Forster – Associate He has held engineering and management
positions with leading consulting, He has also managed and delivered technical and commercial consulting engagements at senior level to a range of start-up, corporate and regulatory organisations.

Rob
Hadingham – Associate Rob has 10 years experience of technology transfer and commercialisation. In terms of the Beermat Entrepreneur's cornerstones (Entrepreneur, Delivery, Sales, Finance and Mentor), Rob works mainly on Delivery but also operates in the other cornerstone roles from time to time. Rob helps non-technical companies as well as those that are technology-based. Rob has several patents and awards for innovation stretching back over his 20 year career; he also has an electronics first degree and an MSc in Software Engineering (Distinction) from Oxford University. He has used this background, together with corporate new-venture experience, to help Universities, commercial R&D organisations, and SME companies (including start-ups) raise grant funding (over 10M Euros) and commercialise their technology. Rob's technical expertise includes agile software management, technology and information accessibility (including digital signage, kiosks, and accessible web design), intelligent software agents, and search engine optimisation.
